Hiring Terms and Conditions

Each wishing well is hired out for a maximum of 4 days. ***We only service the North Eastern and Adelaide City area***

We will deliver and pick up the wishing well to and from your venue this service is included in the hire fee (North Eastern and Adelaide City Areas Only). We are do not offer a pickup service from our office as we are not covered for public liability.

Standard wishing wells can be decorated using butterflies, doves, bride and groom musical teddy bears, satin or organza ribbon. 

We can also decorate to your design extra costs will be applicable. 

Hand made wishing well cards are available to insert into your invitations at a cost of 50 cents each.  

A refundable deposit of $50 plus hiring fee of $70 for standard wishing wells and $80 for Doves of Love Wishing Well is required. 

Full payment will be required within 7 days from date of booking. 

We accept payment by Paypal, Money Order or Direct Bank Deposit.

Hiring Terms and Conditions

To ensure the wishing well is available for the next bride and groom. Your wishing well is provided under the following terms and conditions:

Delivered to your venue with a transportable cover or wrapped with protective material for you to setup.

Delivered to your venue, setup and decorated to your requirements by us. NOTE: This is the only option for the Doves of Dove Wishing Well as it is made primarily of glass.

Please do not stick, glue or attach any items to wishing wells.

You will need a standard Phillips Head screwdriver to unscrew 2 small screws on the base of the standard wishing well to access money or cards. We include full instructions for removing cards, screwdriver and tongs with every standard wishing well hire.

We will include full instructions for removal of cards with the Doves of Love Wishing Well.

Important

During the term of the hire you are responsible for ensuring that the wishing well is not damaged or lost during the hire period.

Your deposit will be refunded upon return of the wishing well provided the items are returned in the same condition that they were provided to you.

Please ensure that your guests are aware of the hiring terms and conditions. All children must be supervised using or in the vicinity of the hired equipment at all times.
