1. All items featured in the gallery on this website are shown in good faith as being for private sale by private sellers and for advertising purposes only.
2. By listing on this site sellers accept these terms and conditions and warrant that they have ownership and possession of the listed items.
3. The seller warrants that the photographs do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, and the seller fully indemnifies Your Wedding Wardrobe against any loss, costs, expenses, demands or liability, whether direct or indirect, arising out of a claim by a third party against Your Wedding Wardrobe alleging that Your Wedding Wardrobe's use of the photographs infringes the intellectual property rights of any person or persons.
4. All wedding photos remain the property of their originator and should not be reproduced without permission.  Photos cannot be substituted once your advertisement has been listed.
5. No liability will be accepted by Your Wedding Wardrobe for any use of a designer's name, label or manufacturer's name in the description of the items to be sold as these are used at the discretion of the seller.
6. Email addresses and telephone numbers supplied on our web site are for use between sellers and buyers only.  The seller agrees to have either their telephone number or email address or both published on the website.
7. Sellers should be aware that email addresses shown on the gallery pages are potentially exposed to spam or junk email.
8. All personal customer data is for the sole use of Your Wedding Wardrobe and will not be disclosed to or shared with any third parties.
9. Your Wedding Wardrobe makes every effort to ensure that our computer system is free from viruses. We are not able to accept responsibility for any viruses (or similar) transmitted via our system electronically to client's computers.
10. Credit/debit card details are secured through the PayPal system.
11. The seller can request at any time to have their item removed from the website - NO REFUND applies.
12. The seller must notify Your Wedding Wardrobe once the item has been sold to enable removal from the website. If Your Wedding Wardrobe becomes aware that an advertised item has been sold and Your Wedding Wardrobe has not been notified to this effect by the seller. Your Wedding Wardrobe reserves the right to remove the listing without notifying the seller but will endeavour to verify with the seller any advices received by email.
13. Your Wedding Wardrobe will not accept any liability for malicious or nuisance telephone calls in this regard.
14. There is NO REFUND of payment once your advertisement is placed on Your Wedding Wardrobe.
15. Your Wedding Wardrobe does not accept liability for any inaccuracies, omissions or consequences arising from the sale of a gown or item and no warranty is given or implied.  
16. Your Wedding Wardrobe takes no responsibility for any transactions between buyers and sellers and/or any other party.
17. Your Wedding Wardrobe reserves the right to remove any advertisement from our web site that does not comply with the above terms and conditions.
18. To use this site you will submit a fully completed listing form and attachments as required.
19. Your Wedding Wardrobe may email you with special offers and updates from time to time. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you permit Your Wedding Wardrobe to do so at the email address provided upon registration.
